Tipping Policy

If you appreciate the service our staff provides, tipping is customary—but it is at your discretion!

Guests always ask about tipping guidelines. Here is what we can suggest:

A good guideline is anywhere from 2-5% (of your total rate, minus tax) from the whole group.

But you can certainly give more, or less, it is up to you!

We have 4 fulltime staff: Pancho (butler), Paco (driver, butler), Sergio (chef) and Vicky (housekeeper). For groups larger than 10 we bring on 3 additional staff: Irma (cook), Roci (housekeeper) and Temo (butler).

Tipping can only be done in cash (dollars or pesos are fine). You can give Andrea the tip and she will distribute the same amount to each staff person.
